LAMPS PLUS Affiliates

The LAMPS PLUS Affiliate Program allows your company to earn commission dollars up to 10% on lighting purchases made by your new homeowner customers. Here’s how it works:

Reporting
We do all the tracking of your sales and commissions earned through our system, providing you an online stats page that tells you exactly how your company has been performing. Use your private Affiliate ID Number and Password provided by your LAMPS PLUS - CENTENNIAL Sales Representative to access a record of your earned commissions.

Commission Structure
Your commission structure is set by your LAMPS PLUS - CENTENNIAL representative.

Payment Schedule
Commission checks are processed and paid when your account reaches the minimum threshold of $30.00 in earned commission. Affiliates who do not meet the monthly minimum will have any accrued monies rolled-over into the following month or months, until the minimum threshold is met.

Commissions are paid based on a 30/31 day calendar month. Commission are processed, and mailed out on the 15th of the following month, unless the 15th falls on a weekend, checks will be sent the next business day.

Payment to Affiliates

a) Commissions will be paid by means of a LAMPS PLUS Inc. company check. No other payment options are available at this time.
b) Commissions will be paid in U.S. dollars only.
c) Commission checks will be made payable to the order of the person and/or company name designated upon sign-up with your LAMPS PLUS - CENTENNIAL representative. Absolutely no exceptions will be made to this rule.
d) Commissions are accrued on a 30/31 day calendar month. Commissions are posted to the affiliate’s account when a referred customer’s order is shipped.
e) Commissions are calculated based on your “Total Net Sales Generated” (less shipping & handling charges, taxes, gift wrapping charges, service charges, credit card processing fees, returns, cancellations, charge backs and bad debt) multiplied by the commission structure amount set by your LAMPS PLUS - CENTENNIAL represenative.

Return Policy
If for any reason one of your referred customers returns or cancels an order, LAMPS PLUS will make the necessary adjustments to your affiliate account.

a) If you have already received commission for a returned or canceled order, the earned commission will be reversed from your account.
b) If an exchange is made from an order and results in a lesser sale amount, the difference in commission will be reversed from your account.
c) If an exchange is made from an order and results in a greater sale amount, the additional earned commission will be added to your account.
